Cristina Ortega has drawn inspiration from her cultural background and her travels over the world, synthesizing familiar and unknown flavors that have come to define CITRUS BISTRO'S particular style. Originally from Mexico, Cristina prepared herself on culinary arts and is looking forward to service and delight the Corpus Christi community at her new location.
